The Winner for Best Company will be assessed on a multitude of factors including overall business performance, position in market, branding, and trading history.
The Winner for Community Engagement will be assessed on how the business engages and interacts with it's local community; either through profit or non-profit activities and supporting ESG, sustainability, and wellbeing goals.
The Winner for Innovation will be assessed on how innovative, creative, and ingenious their business is in their respective sector and category. We're looking for something disruptive here in that sector, such as a new product, service, or brand.
The Winner for Fast Growth will be assessed on the speed at which the business has been able to grow, ideally achieving that perfect balance between top-line revenue growth whilst maintaining profitability and sustainability.
