Ricardo has always been drawn to finance, but it wasn't until he started working for a well-known UK business lender that he realised how fulfilling it was to help business owners secure the funding they need and watch them grow. For him, businesses aren’t just names or numbers, they are people and stories. Ricardo thrives on being part of that narrative - working hand in hand with owners to help them grow and reach new heights. As he puts it: "The job is never done! There are always growth opportunities to be pursued and new ceilings to be reached." Away from work, Ricardo stays active playing football and tennis, and enjoys the challenge of learning new languages - he speaks English and Spanish, and is currently learning French!
