Unlike many CTOs from purely technical backgrounds, Tim's experience in product and analytics roles gave him unique insights into what worked and what didn't in other businesses, where he would often think, if I were building this from scratch, how would I do it differently? As CTO, he thrives on turning ideas into scalable, data-driven systems that genuinely improve the broker and client experience, while keeping pace with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure.
